Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at wellviva. We want you to love your handcrafted furniture. Because our checkout processes are integrated with Etsy, your transactions are fully secured, and we are happy to offer a flexible cancellation, return, and exchange policy.

1. Covered by Etsy Purchase Protection
Please note that wellviva showcases products on this website, but all final checkouts and payments are securely processed through our official Etsy store. Therefore:

Etsy Purchase Protection: All transactions and orders are fully protected under Etsy’s official purchase guarantees.

Resolution Center: Any official refund requests, order cancellations, or payment-related disputes are managed and processed directly through Etsy’s platform and resolution channels to ensure maximum security for our buyers.

2. Easy Cancellations (Before Shipment)
We understand that plans can change.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item is shipped.

Once the product has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, a standard cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will be subject to our standard Return Policy below. To request a cancellation, please message us through our website or via your Etsy order dashboard as soon as possible.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Contact Period: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Ship Items Back: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Note on Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made items (with personalized dimensions, specific wood selections, or custom resin colors) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (Fully Insured Shipping)
Your peace of mind is our priority. All wellviva shipments are fully insured against transit damage. If your handcrafted furniture arrives damaged or defective, you are fully covered:

Do not throw away the packaging.

Take clear photos and videos of the damaged shipping box/wooden crate and the product itself immediately upon delivery.

We will swiftly evaluate the issue and work through Etsy's platform to either send you a replacement piece/part or issue a full refund.

5. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation or return is approved by wellviva and processed through Etsy, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) according to Etsy's standard processing timelines (usually 3-7 business days depending on your bank).
